How to Purchase a Gift Certificate

Go into “Gift Certificate” on the Product Menu displayed at the Home Page.  Select the required denomination in Aus $ from the item list and proceed to the check out as prompted.  As an example, put two $20 Gift Certificates in your cart if you wish to purchase a Gift Certificate to the value of $40.

The Gift Certificate will be sent to the Shipping Address that you enter as part of the check out process.  If you require the Gift Certificate to issue direct to the recipient, email Mum & Bump with your “personal message” (Email details via Contact Page) and we will include this when mailing off the Gift Certificate.

OR

If you require the Gift Certificate to issue direct to the recipient, you can utilise the “Message for Recipient” field of the Shipping Address and we will include your message when mailing off the Gift Certificate.

You may like to choose from our custom made range of greeting cards to be delivered with the Gift Certificate.  Your personal “Message for Recipient” will be printed on the card.  Simply add the card item to your shopping cart.

How to Redeem a Gift Certificate

Add items to your shopping cart as normal.  As part of the check out process you will see, “Do you have a Gift Certificate or Voucher to redeem?” and a place to enter the Certificate / Voucher number and a button to submit same.

By entering a valid Certificate / Voucher number and submitting, the Gift Certificate value will be deducted from the total of the shopping cart.  You can enter and submit as many valid voucher numbers as you like.
