Shipping Details

Australian Deliveries:

All orders are dispatched either the day of receipt, or by the next business day, via Australia Post Express Post service for delivery next business day.

However, deliveries to:

·             regional areas

·             remote areas (eg rural properties)

generally take between 1 to 2 business days more to arrive at their destination.

The costs are:

·             $4.00 for 1 item

·             $8.00 for 2 or more items

 

Delivery charges within Australia are capped at $8.00 with Mum & Bump electing to make up the difference.

 

Important Note:  we will make every effort to track your order to ensure delivery is made.   From time to time delays are experienced for a multiplicity of reasons which are totally out of our control.  We do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

 

Overseas Deliveries:

Economy Airmail - delivery will be made within 4 to 10 business days to most destinations.

The costs are:

·             $7.50 per item

 

Delivery charges Overseas are capped at $35.00 with Mum & Bump electing to make up the difference.

 

 

GST

Our products attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%.  All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.

 

Refund Policy

Mum & Bump offers a money back guarantee on all faulty items if they are returned within 21 days of purchase. We require that the item be returned in its original condition with all certificates and receipts originally accompanying the product.

Please be certain to carefully package up any goods sent back to us in the post and include a note explaining the reasons for your return.

Refunds are issued by way of cheque or credit voucher to the value of the refund. Please note Mum & Bump reserves the right to replace damaged goods prior to offering any refund.

Gift Certificates

 

·                    Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

·                    Multiple Gift Certificates can be redeemed at any one time.

·                    If the value of the Gift Certificate(s) used to pay for an order and its shipping exceeds the total value of the order, then the excess Gift Certificate value shall become non-redeemable.

·                    Each Gift Certificate is issued with a unique eight digit identifier number which is randomly generated and not sequential to the last.

·                    Gift Certificates are in “hard” form and cannot be electronically issued to the customer or intended recipient.
